ABOUT BOBBY PARK
Bobby Park competed in his first U.S. Kids Golf Tournament at age 3 and was shooting in the 60s by age 11. After a very successful junior golf career, he qualified for his first professional golf tournament, the Minnesota State Open, at age 15 . Bobby turned pro at the WMPO Pre Qualifier at age 17. This was his first step towards playing professional golf.
Bobby started playing cross handed which surprised many people. He looked different holding the club, but when they saw the shot with a nice little draw, it made them think, maybe I should try cross-handed. His dad Joe Park (who is a teaching Pro) told him to keep swinging and hit the ball as far as you can. He later switched his grip to the conventional interlocking grip.
"Keep it simple, do it your way and be an expert on you." Bobby Park
